My tip, don't try to lead the group if your not the leader. Only 1 person needs to explain the strategy 3 or 4 players talking over each other does not make for good teamwork.I get so frustrated when I join a group and 2 or 3 other players start a power struggle with the group organizer. Pick a plan and stick to it. consistency is key, especially if you have first time raiders in your group. It can cause alot of confusion and frustration for them if you keep changing plans every time the team dies.
