With the stability upgrades it wasn't too bad in PvP and the bounce was very manageable. After the patch the stability upgrades aren't working and it bounces around like it did when you first get it. Wait to see the weekly update tomorrow before you buy Hard Light. They may fix it. Although you could pick one up if you have lots of strange coins burning a hole in your pocket and you can wait for it to be fixed.
