It really doesn't matter. No matter what they implement people will still wind up getting them. Sooner or later once they add in more exotics you will see some that maybe a lil more rare but right now there's a small number of them so of course most people will have them.

This. There isn't exactly a lot of different exotics per type. Maybe 3 of each? People just have to get used to not being the only person with the exotic they possess. Get over it.
