I am as well. Going to figure that out, as i want to reach the Grimoire cap but I can't get 2 ghosts, the note of light economy one, the traveler 1, legends and mysteries 2 ( I think ) and the ones for mercury, mars, Venus, and moon. Bungie please fix

The ones you're missing are the same ones I am but also house of wolves and some enemy and weapon cards but I'm thinking those are either PSN exclusive or will be part of the dlc

I have a theory on why now...the story was changed shortly before release and I'm thinking the lore on those missing cards hint at a plot twist... Example: The Traveler is what actually spawned the darkness that caused the collapse...at least that's what the story was prior to the change. Maybe they want that twist to come later down the road, if that's even the story they kept...or maybe you receive them once collecting all the ghosts on that specific planet and they have more planned to discover on all but earth.

I'm missing only 2 ghosts, they aren't on my game, the one in Bunker RAS ( Rasputin ) and the one on the TV on Mars.
