Food for thought.....Welcome to the lunchroom Bungie Community.

First off I do enjoy Destiny and think it is a great game. Destiny is a lot like rice. When it was fresh, it was exciting to eat, warm and sticky, and I would stuff myself full. But when you have too much of the same thing, you throw it in the fridge. There it gets cold and dried out. So you add more water and reheat it. That's what Destiny needs. That spark of life. Anyways here are some suggestions that I think will liven up Destiny in a positive way. 1) Sword and Shield Game Mode: (credit to my good friend Corey GT l Divi l) It would be sort of like a griffball crucible game mode. Everyone starts off with a sword and races for the relic. There are goals on either side and the relic bearer has to use the supercharge to shoot the ball of light into the goal. 2) Some kind of infected or zombies game mode: You can either override loadouts with specific guns or have an entry requirement. i.e. Cannot enter game mode with current loadout. Please equip (insert requirement here).The former would be the easier option for players, but the latter would keep uniqueness by equipping specific guns of a certain type. Now to players who are infected. They could have an altered arcblader mechanic. Maybe 2 hits from an infected guardian is a kill. If you only get hit once, you'll get marked and have to cleanse yourself in the center of the map, much like the cleansing light in the raid. 3) An increase in vault capacity would be a plus, at least by 10. I like to share materials between characters and usually keep them in my vault, but with all the types of materials and consumables it makes transferring materials a hassle. 4) I don't believe armor shaders should be limited to the 9 inventory slots that are given. And the fact that one armor shader takes a whole slot in the misc. section in your vault seems a little crazy. Maybe have a separate armor shader section in the vault so I can actually enjoy all of the shaders you have created, instead of discarding them because I can only hold 9 and my vault is filled with materials and consumables that help my character progress. 5) I'm sorry this one should have been on the top. THE RAID GLITCHES!! Please fix the glitches. The raid is very unenjoyable when you get Atheon to les then a quarter of health and then he only teleports one person. He is inconsistently teleporting a number of players instead of the proper 3. The portals glitch where sometimes you will walk right through them and not get teleported, or get stick in a portal teleporting loop. And the end of the raid would be nice if it fully resolved and brought us back to orbit. Also the shield ability on the relic sometimes doesn't work and damage will still apply to guardians inside of it. 6) Some kind of barter system. Whether it be an action house, player to player trading or setting up individual markets, trading needs to be a thing especially because of RNG. It doesn't matter if you put the work in if you are unlucky. With trading, now I can take all that stuff I got from my hard work and trade it from something I've been trying to obtain. So in a sense my hard work will still pay off. 7) Private matches, 1v1 arena, duel system, or something to test my might against my friends and other guardians I happen to bump into along the way. There is no way to vs. my friends unless I get extremely lucky in crucible match making. Would also be cool to see some guardian I don't know somewhere in the game and test my might against him/her. 8) This isn't a really big issue. More of a question I guess. Why is the exp rate same for mobs of all level? I know there is a difference for the kind of mob (i.e. A gold minotaur gives slightly more than a goblin), but why does a level 3 dreg give the same as a level 20? It would just make sense if there were some slight differences. 9) Seeing stat values and percentages. I would love to know the exact number of shielding my armor upgrades give me. What percentage of reload speed does chain of woe give? What does my recovery mean in terms of regen delay and shield per second regen. 10) All buffs should show duration. They all have a certain time they shut off. Why do only some have timers and some don't? For comparison the warlock's flame shield vs the titan force barrier. 11) Class items with some sort of buff or upgradeable skill(s). 12) Some kind of PVP rank/reward system. 13) Just more events. Maybe sparrow racing. PVP EVENTS!!! Like spawning a boss in the middle of a firefight. 14) More expansive patrol mode. Maybe even implementing an aggression system on patrol so you can receive and deal damage to other players who also have aggression toggled. If you don't have it toggled you won't deal or receive damaged. Must be toggled before entering patrol zone. It's more along the lines of a traditional MMO style pvp on certain maps/areas. Just a bunch of thoughts. Let me know hat you think!!!
