Split Screen?
I for one, would love to play destiny with my girl friend. Seeing as i am not made of money i do not own two ps4s or two tvs, that sadly cannot happen. I have seen a whole bunch of other posts here or on Reddit mentioning similar things. So I was just curious to know how many of you would want the ability to play destiny split screen even if it meant a drop in graphics? Kind of like what borderlands or halo does.

1 ReplyI feel it is kind of shite they did not do a split screen option, but then they really want to define (force) this game to be played the way they want. ie, they want everyone to do exactly what they want in the order they want or we can go -blam!- off.

3 RepliesThe reason why halo does that is because you're not really 'invested in your character' and there are no stats and armor that affect the game. I would love split screen, but it is simply not the right style for Destiny.

The main worry i would have with split screen is the extra strain it would put on the system, the xbox one and playstation 4 could handle it, but not sure about last gen. And i would be worried about what it would do to your connection, right now there are some who can barely play the game as it is, split screen would make it so they couldnt play at all. I agree that split screen would be fun, and there are definitely people who would benefit from it, i am just worried about what it might happen if it was implemented, if it wouldn't end up causing any problems then i agree that it should have split screen. More games need split screen.

2 RepliesYes, I would love that. I enjoyed playing split screen with my man, but now we can't. He plays Destiny on the PS4 and I play it on the XBOX, but I wish we could play together.

While it would be nice, I'm personally holding out hope that the servers they borrowed from battle field 4 get replaced with more reliable ones.
