That is perfectly fine.
Guess what?
Can I afford a yacht.....Yes
Do I want to own a yacht and set sail....Yes
Pretty simple answer to me which doesn't involve having to rationalize anything...oh wait...I can spend that money on xyz
The answer is substitution goods.
English
-
So buy a yacht? I don't see your issue
-
Substitutes like fast cars, castles and ownership of Bungie is tugging along my left Versace jacket coat where my wallet is located.
-
Ok I'll bite... Are you making a point cause your rhetoric is not clear
-
Point is, just because you can afford and want something, it doesn't mean that it is a good idea, that you should or that it makes sense. You're generalizing based on your own decision. Some people would rather put that $20 down on other games instead of a dlc even though they enjoy destiny.
-
Isn't it my decision to make if something is good or worth it? If something didn't make sense to me then I wouldn't want it and wouldn't buy it. No one is forcing anyone to buy the DLC, if you want it and it's affordable to you then go buy it. If you have issues with it being 'cut content' or not enough for the value then that is your choice, let me make my own choice.

Edited by Knives: 11/7/2014 10:44:47 PMYou can do whatever you want. You can go jump off a bridge and think it's a great idea, we can't stop you. We can only tell you that we don't think its a good idea or that you should. But hey, go ahead, jump!

So you are equating my desire to buy destiny DLC with suicide? Sad OP said "don't buy this consumer product cause it's not worth it." I say it's my decision to choose to buy any consumer product if I deem it to be worth it. Just like it's incorrect to tell others how to make personal decisions.

It's an analogy, nothing sad about it.
