Imo any company thats talks about dlc before the game release has cut the content already or they had to much content to fit on the disc for launch. Dlc used to be about the devs getting feedback after release and working on something new to enhance the players experience and keep them playing. Fair play to the witcher though, at least they are not charging for this like destiny and they will have much more content at launch!
