Sunbreakers ARE Best Warlock Gear
So I've been trying to find a straight forward post.
What makes sunbreakers good. I haven't touched my level 28 warlock in a while and in trying to find an excuse to play him. Is sunbreakers great? What makes it great. How is it best used?

2 RepliesI have the Phoenix robe but the hype is too real about it (has no "gamechanging" ability nor special looks) and I switched to sunbreakers. They are really nice IMO. Longer lasting solars are useful in both PVE and PVP and they look great... I found them worth my coins. Just a shame I play with Icebreaker so the reload for specials don't apply :(

Find some gear with a lot of Discipline, and you'll be pumping out grenades like it's nobody's business. Especially with the increased solar grenade time, they are useful in the Vault when the Templar summons its Legions. Just drop a few 'nades in the middle and you'll barely have to worry about them. I do agree with you, Voidwalker does seem to be the dominant class for the Warlock. I like both, but I'm beginning to like Sunsinger more and more. Due to the Sunbreakers? Probably not. They definitely do revive the experience of a warlock if it's feeling a little stale. If you have enough coins for them, give 'em a try. The faster special weapon reload is nice too, I almost forget about it because I've gotten used to reloading fast. Whenever I don't have them on, I feel like It takes a decade to reload my weapons. Anyways, go ahead and give them a go. I think you'll like them. EDIT: I feel that the sunbreakers shouldn't be exotic. Maybe because they've been sold 4 times now, they don't seem like it's a novelty to have. I also feel that they don't really "feel" exotic to me, I think it would be much more appropriate if they were Raid Gear.

4 RepliesWell sunbreakers aren't terrible. Other than making your solar grenades last longer, you get an increase in special weapon reload speed. But really can't say much else about them unfortunately. Shame cause mine are fully upgraded. Buy it if you really, REALLY like being a sunsinger.

In my eyes its not worth unless your using it for a blockade in a pvp area ot to prevent a titan on using his/her bubble.

2 RepliesI don't really think sun breakers are that great, as compared to some other exotic items you can wear. I can't remember what the ability does on the sun breakers, could you remind me?

2 RepliesIt makes the solar grenade (the one that makes the suns) last maybe 2 times longer. It's pretty nice.
