All that my Warlock needs to reach level 30 is an Exotic Helmet and of course a bunch of Ascendant Shards. But wait! It is Friday! Xur will be back and might sell me that helmet! But according to Murphy's law the following is going to happen:
1.) Xur will not sell helmets for Warlocks.
2.) Xur will however sell a legendary helmet engram.
3.) If I buy the engram and get it decoded by the Cryptarch it will be helmet for the wrong class.
This is what actually happened:
1.) Xur is selling Sunbreaker gauntlets that I already have.
2.) Xur is selling a legendary helmet engram.
3.) I bought the engram and the Cryptarch decoded it to a helmet for the hunter class.
The Troll A.I. in this game is definitely topnotch.

The A.I. is scarily good. This is what happened today: 1.) Xur is selling a chest armour that I don't need. 2.) Xur is selling a legendary helmet engram. 3.) I bought the engram and the Cryptarch decoded it to exactly the Warlock helmet that I wanted. You may ask why the game decided to stop trolling me. Because my copy of Dragon Age: Inquisition will arrive by mail today. So it knew that if it would annoy me again I would eject the Destiny disc, possibly try out the CD shredding feature of our new paper shredder and never expose myself to the A.I.'s torment again. But of course it had to annoy me at least a little bit: the helmet requires Spinmetal Leaves for upgrades. And that is the only material of which I don't have at least 64 in my inventory. Oh well, never mind.

I just had a Déjà vu: 1.) Xur is selling Voidfang Vestments that I don't need. I've actually got a better Exotic Warlock chest armor that I cannot use. 2.) Xur is selling a legendary helmet engram. 3.) I bought the engram and the Cryptarch decoded it to a helmet for the hunter class.

This happened to me a couple of weeks ago but then I got the raid helm on the Tuesday reset. All is good your time will come.
