To add to your gagging, I sweeten it with Splenda instead of sugar. Takes a while to get used to that awful taste.. Now it's the best thing in the world.

Haven't used splenda at all, but I really hate the taste of sweetened tea. I just don't understand how people can drink it. Straight up black tea... it's the way to go. Unless there's some mint-green tea running around, then that's pretty good too. lol.
