The Characters / Vendors:
London: The Fox Hole/ The Crow’s Nest
Fox: the leader of the resistance. He provides players with Missions and information. He also joins players in any of TWOTF Mission as a Support role (like arbiter in H3) and Provide Lore. There are a lot of stories about him but only you can find the truth about him...but you are going to earn his trust (he’s not a fan of the traveller for unknown reasons) . With the Darkness returning, you are going to need all the allies you can get.
In the Fox hole – he sell’s Pistols and Feral Weaponry
Eyeball: Fox’s most loyal friend and apprentice. Like the Fox, his past his unknown but He known’s more about the Fox than anybody else. One day he will eventually surpass him but for now he provides Intel for the Fox Hole and the Crow’s nest. He sells Rifles and a gear for expert marksmen.
Priestess: Fox’s adopted Sister. From a young age, she studied from Library of Venus. Her parents were the first speakers for the Traveller . At the age of 16, Shannon received a book from the traveller as a birthday gift which provided her all the power and knowledge to become a priestess (more powerful than any Warlock) - but however others wanted the book for themselves and killed her parents to try and get it.
They came for her but she was not strong enough to face them but however the Fox saved her. The Fox Took her in and raised her as one of his own. Today they seem like a happy brother and sister. She helped the Fox create the foundation of the Fox Hole - now she sells Fusion weapons and gear.
Andrew the Great: Andrew the great was once a security guard of Ion transport before the collapse. With the evacuation in effect and the darkness came... defending the last space port - he held the line on his own as his friends got on the last Ship. With His allies dead and he found himself facing the same fate, the Fox saved him and got him to the nearest Cryo-facility. They act like brothers, ever since. He now protects the Fox hole as well sells shotguns and heavy gear to players
Sirius the Black smith: One of the friendliest Fallen you could meet. Saved by the Fox, Sirius vowed his services to Fox for saving his life. Turns out he’s a good forger. Players can go to Him to exchange abilities of their weapons and gear with one’s they desire..... For motes of course. ( for example change Explosive rounds for more stability for the High lord fixer)
Ring master: here players can challenge one another to 1 vs. 1 or 2 vs. 2 battles in safety of the Ring master. Players can bet glimmer/coins/Motes on the competing players and watch as they battle in Paintball-style arenas.
Mars: Crime Haven
Black smith: Like Sirius but players can exchange elements instead of abilities, e.g: Solar to Void
Ring master: here players can challenge one another to 1 vs. 1 or 2 vs. 2 battles in safety of the Ring master. Players can bet glimmer on the competing players and watch as they battle in Paintball-style arenas.
The Fang: Kingpin of Criminal world. For a price, he will give access to his domain. He will provide you with all the black-market gear you desire but expect to spend alot to fix item you purchase form there ( all items brought here will require weapons parts to fix them before use).
Those who are daring enough can challenge him to a card duel. Here you can gamble to win exotic weapons (still have to fix them tho) without Xur or rng. The game works by using all the grimore cards; you have collected and using them to defeat his. Depending on their values, depends on outcome (best of 3). Eg: Fang pulls out Hive trawl, I pull out Cabal colossus ( I win one round)

Joinable Fractions:
Feral instincts: A fraction led by Fox. They specialise in going behind enemy lines and assassinating targets without anyone knowing
The Watch: A fraction led by Eyeball. His fraction provides recon for the Fox Hole
Scholars of enlightenment: led by Shannon the bright. She provides guidance from her infinite knowledge she has gained to anyone who seeks her out. Her aims are to rid Britannia from the clutches of her rival Abraxas.
Iron Guard: A fraction led by Andrew the Great. He provides security to the Fox hole and the crow’s nest. Without his support, the Crow’s nest would be in cabal hands by now.

1 ReplyThat character design is spewing cliche and a severe lack of originality.

Edited by curtissweet: 2/13/2015 12:46:46 AMCompared to Bungivision, you gave more back story on each character than they did for the entire campaign and dlc for Destiny, so i give u credit there. Otherwise the characters seem closer anime rather then whatever style Destiny is illustrated as.... post apocolyptic mech-futuristism...? Also giving melee weapons would be an entire different feat for the devs to get past. Maybe the next game, or an offshoot.

1 ReplyHere's my idea for a cabal raid. Your fire team is wandering the surface of mars looking for the entrance to a bunker that's been sealed by the cabal. However on your way there, a massive sandstorm kicks up. Wave after wave of phalanx march forward in testudos (300 turtle shield thing). You fight them off, throwing gernades to break up the formations. Suddenly the storm cleats and the bunker appears. You have your ghost examine it, "I think this is one door I can't open. Wait. What was that!" Above the bunker, a mecha suited cabal appears with the name "gate keeper" your team fires at hopelessly. Nothing is damaging his shield. You look for a relic but there is none. You can only take cover from his reign of terror. The storm kicks up again after a minute of hiding, a door is revealed out of the dunes. Inside a new relic, a crossbow. You fire it at the mecha gatekeepers legs, his shields are down. Your team unloads their mighty fist into his legs. The gatekeeper falls, the bunker hums. The door opens. You enter the bunker and it's dark. You hear clicking, the lights come on. You're inside this massive silo, looking down you can see it's a long drop. All of a sudden the bunker door closes. The ground starts to shift from beneath you, you hear voices. You are forced to free fall. You arrive in a state of the art assembly line in full motion making cabal weaponry, vehicles, armor. You platform as a team down the assembly line dodging lazes and defense robots. Making it to

4 RepliesDo you think they may have added some of these ideas without you knowing, some developers do this. As secrets.

Bump
BUMP
5 RepliesWow, this has promise. Why can't Bungie hire talented writers?
-
1 ReplyIt's funny because they won't add this to a game already. It'll be too much for downloading new assets and materials and using them. They already proved they don't want that by including place holders in the game. If anything they'll put this into the next Destiny game. But they won't add shit here anymore. Great ideas though man. +1

4 RepliesBump Would be cool if they added something like this in destiny. The game needs more spice
-
1 ReplyNice idea to bad bungie has a bad time actually listening to them

Bump I have something to add though. You know how we have our subclasses. Well what if at the end of your upgrade tree. You could take it to the next level. Such as for the warlock have it upgrade to the archmage or arch priest (for the makes) or high priestess. Or elementalist(for the females). All the classes have something more to achieve for with huge skill trees bigger than the ones we already have so the skill progression never gets boring. Also why not have a vanguard skill tree that you can only start pouring points into once you hit 30 and above. Stuff like you can make your armor rating much much higher or you damage with certain guns so that way you can start setting yourself apart and make yourself much more of a legend.

Sounds good having people outside of the city
