That missing piece of raid gear. A bug?
This is to find out which is the most common missing piece of raid gear. I think it's boots.
Edits:
1. Add what class you are if you leave a reply... There may actually be something to this. Specifics may help if Bungie looks into this.
2. Also add how many times you've run the raid, please.
3. If you got a full set in less than 10 runs, this poll does NOT apply to you. You are one of the few... the "chosen".
Patterns that are emerging:
Warlocks need boots.
Titans need gloves.
Hunters need chest. (or have no trouble getting gear.)
We've collected a lot of data here... is the raid loot system working as intended Bungie?

The first time I did the raid I got boots and found verdict, ima warlock as well. I've done it 4 times since then and have just got shards/energy the last time I got patience and time it's a shame as I already got it at that point hope this helps :)

I've had the boots all three time through the raid. Just need the helmet and gauntlets.

1 ReplyI was missing Boots too. I think that mostly Boots are missing maybe because that there are no Exotic Boots. Maybe you found / bought @ Xur a helmet, a Chest, Arms, but no one could buy Boots. So everyone need Boots.

Boots were the last piece for my Hunter. I also need them for my titan to hit 30. Although I still need the chest piece. For my warlock she needs the helmet (haven't done hard, but I've received the helmet both times the first times I cleaned hard with my Hunter and Titan) and chest piece.

I'm a hunter, I need chest and helmet, but as I have an exotic helmet its more the chest ... Run it 6 times I think.

2 RepliesMy Hunter, first character, has completed the raid on normal every single week it's been available, and every single week but one on hard. This character still has not received either the boots or helm. My Titan, on the other hand, has completed the raid four times on normal and hard each, and has received all pieces of gear.

I beat the rng by having two warlocks to run for gear each week. It worked after weeks of trying. I got two boots now because of it. have not gotten anything for my hunter though so he is kinda stuck at 26 to I find raid armors for him.

1 ReplyI was thinking this, on the whole it seems the raid party gets rewarded with a random set of items, i.e there will be weapons armour and ships, but when broken down into an individual basis the same people get award the same stuff, i got 3 vision of confluence's from 4 raids the odds of that happening are insane, like 1/800. Now if this just happened to me then fair enough but it seems everyone gets the same items my friend got 4 atheons epligoues from 5 raids. It seems the RNG system doesn't look at players but rather looks at the team and it is stuck in a pattern when awarding raid gear and gives the same people the same stuff if the fireteam remains the same raid after raid.
