Are you buying COD: Advanced Warfare or did COD: Ghosts make not want to buy another COD game again?

2 RepliesI lost all faith in cod a couple of years ago, I've not seen much on advanced warfare but to be honest I expect it to be pretty shit, CoD always manages to get hype and get everyone thinking "It's different this time" but it NEVER is, it's always dissapointing, zombies was the only thing good that came out of cod, other that MW2 and the old games, MW3 I liked too, More than black ops at least

4 RepliesBlack ops 1 was the last cod I bought (idk if mw3 was before or after but I didn't buy that trash) old cods are the best but to many mods and not enough people. I prefer to play actually good games not repetitive AAA titles...

Ghosts like Halo 4 is relatively bad compared to its previous installments which doe not make the individual games bad but them in reference to the franchises as a whole.

Ok look at my post alright op, It takes the Great things from blop 2 and ghost ( emblem creator, advanced class system, sliding, wildcards) and the multiplayer for the most Part is great. But most people here get killed from behind somehow and now they hate the game so don't listen to those guys. Campaign is great and has a great story and exo survival is not even meh at all its pretty fun even in solo. I give it 9/10 since no theater mode and it needs a tweak in knifing

When I have the money for it. I played a few hours of it at a mate's place. It was fun, fast and fairly difficult. I rarely saw anyone break a 2.0 KD. The skill ceiling is higher now. The lineup of weapons is fairly disappointing. Only 6 assault rifles is a fairly meagre offering compared to the meatier lineups in MW2 and Black Ops. I have played every single CoD (even Finest Hour and Big Red One) and I have to say that AW is a genuine improvement over the fairly disappointing CoDs that have been released over the last few years.

1 ReplyJust got finished with the campaign. It was fucking amazing. The most gorgeous Call of Duty ever. The guns sound phenomenal, really meaty. Gonna go jump into multiplayer for a bit.

Honestly I will never buy another COD . I played every single one but after the first modern warfare I stopped enjoying the multiplayer. It's just not my kind of game (didn't like halo or Destinys PvP either) but I will always love the story. Ghosts was trash but imo black ops 1&2 had the best campaign of any war games period. I'll rent advanced warfare way down the road just for the story but I can't stand the disappointment of multiplayer anymore.

6 Repliesi might MIGHT have a friend with AW who would be willing to let me try it if i let them play Destiny. or should i just say -blam!- IT and go all in on a digital download that cant be refunded if i hate it? i mean, dont get me wrong, i like call of duty. its a simple shooter and its one of the reasons i started liking the action genre of games, its made many memories for me and some friends, but after ghosts it just ruined it for me, but seeing all the hype and all the awesomeness in it makes me want to pick it up now...then again, i could wait for the reviews which arent smashing the game like with ghosts...ign rated it a 9.1, and considering they over exaggerate every thing we can say its actually an 8.1 which is still good...and i dont think the CoD community smashed it yet. YET. so im starting to consider it... so i would love to try it first. hopefully, i have a friend who would be kind enough to do so, then maybe id consider either digital or physical disk...for now, im also considering trading in FIFA 15 and Destiny, and seeing if i have another game above 10$ and getting AW for free....thank you based EB GAMES... but if not, i guess i could always xmas noob MCC or AW....just a matter of what i enjoy more....what? i click one link that leads to a gameplay and suddenly im hit by the hype train....it happens....just look at destiny (kidding...im kidding)
