Yeah. I got the first week and had it fully upgraded about three hours before Xur showed up last week, it had 117 disc and the new one, not upgraded had 131. The new one this week has 136 (I think). 14 points from the first to the second was an extra 5% on the cool down of grenades. It's a great chest piece and I use it everywhere. I have all three exotic Titan helmets and they are very unlikely to get used again. Haha
