Cloak of Oblivion
Has anyone obtained the Cloak of Oblivion exotic from Dead Orbit? If yes, how? My DO faction level is currently 18 and I'm still getting no love from these guys...a couple of cool shaders, mediocre weapons and shards but that's it. Any advice would be appreciated.
