I don't have a problem with trading if as you say there are restrictions put in place. If I grind for 100 spin metal I can trade these to the Vanguard Quartermaster, I should just as easily be able to trade them to another player for 100 spirit bloom, 100 Helium Filaments, 100 Relic shards, or a combination of those items.
