whenever someone brings up the "needs more content" topic , people keep replying with : it's just 2 months old , wait a bit ...
wtf ?
I remember the days when you bought a game full price it was a full game , and when an expansion was released it actually added tremendously to the amount of content of the original game.
yes , we play Destiny , yes we love it , but lets face it ... it is -blam!-ing lacking in all major departments, it's just the looting that's keeping it alive this far , and even that is because of the weird RNG system in place.

Look at the scenarios you're put into and appraise the level of story-telling based on that. Now contextualize the bad story/dialogue with the departure of the lead writer. Do you understand, people? This game is subpar. In part because Bungie's most talented writer has abruptly left for reasons unknown. Some say it wasn't on good terms—that Activision was playing too large a role. The game was not what had been originally envisioned (Nor is it representative of next-gen quality immersion). This is pure conjecture, of course. But why would a seasoned lead take leave just when his cash cow is about to go to market? Dynamic assets have changed as well. Just look at the E3 video back in 2013. The shanks, vandals, and dreg have drastic behavioral changes. Of course, there were changes to the prototypical UI elements. They look way better now. But going back to the AI. Why did their behavior change so much? It's almost as if they'd been dumbed down.... As we all know Bungie is better than this. It's not as if they're incapable. We saw it at E3! Now, a lot of people who hate on critics of the game say things like, I'm having fun. You got your $60 worth. Go play CoD. Just go away. To them I say, good. Activision has done their job then. Shipping out an incomplete game where their target player base is having fun, is getting more than their $60 worth, is not going away. Good for you. Your needs have been fulfilled. But for everyone else who feels that Bungie pulled a bait-'n-switch—we've not been addressed. And Bungie won't appease us. And forumgoers will insult us. To all of you I say, fuck you.
