Console - tried on many. Error did not occur on mine but brothers.
How/when: 12:00 right before iron banner release really pumped to play. Brother wants to play so we switch Xbox360s. For him to play he needs to be on mine. He managed to get on just fine but for me after pressing a on the title screen, (before picking me character ) I got centipede. Then weeks later zebra. Now weasels :/ thanks for helping. Much appreciated - die hard HALO fan..
