This game has been better than I could've hoped. Does it get boring at times? Yes. What game doesn't? I enjoy what bungie has brought to the table. The foundation has been laid and I think it is a pretty damn good one. Regarding the grind and RNG. I have no qualms. I don't need to be handed everything just because I want it. If you don't like the game, simply pop the disc out of your console and move on. Bungie is constantly working on their game and for the most part, they are listening.

Can't people just enjoy a game for what it is? Yeah maybe there should be more content for some people who play it enough but I know a lot of people that are still grinding for stuff, as am I. It's entertainment, it is supposed to be enjoyed. It isn't a part of life that you have to stress or complain about. Save that shit for when you have to pay bills or have to work a full time job or have to raise a family. I am enjoying the grind right now. Each day I can't wait to get off of work, put a good dip in, put some rock music on, and just play the game. I try and do the daily stuff everyday and weekly stuff every week. I wish I could do raids more as they are really fun but I just need better gear right now. Yeah it might be repetitive but I am still trying to get stuff and level up factions. I still get excited earning legendaries or being able to buying stuff from xur. So I believe if you are at a point to where there is no point in playing anymore or if you start complaining like this its time to start another game.

This is so awkward, I just watched Groundhog Day last night then immediately proceeded to play Destiny.

The main reason destiny got changed from the original beta that was released before the pre order beta, is because while bungie was making destiny, they were still making profit off of Halo, but when they sold halo to another company, they started to die out, so to keep their company alive, they chopped up the story to keep raking in the money

Bungie never advertised anything that the game isn't, you never no what a product is until its finally released until that date it's all hear say. This game is like any other MMO not a lot of substance and have to wait for content, which seems to take ages because game is so new. Just look at dcuo boring repetitive main story loads of end game content but it wasn't like that on game launch....... It never is and bungie didn't say destiny would be any different it was people like ign and YouTube reviewers.

I'm not disagreeing with the things you said about Destiny, but you do realize there are going to be sequels right? It's not just this game for 10 years, I think a lot of people have that misconception. Regardless, I agree, there is a severe lack of content in what we have. I never read any stories, previews, or played the beta; so I did not get absorbed into hype. The game had potential, and they dropped the ball. Activision has their hands in things I'm sure. If you look at the games they churn out annually, you can see that they aren't much for "rich storytelling" or immersive content. Maybe Bungie's hands are tied, but we will see on the next one.

We thought that, like in many other games, something would change in the post game and we'd find some answers, plot, a story, anything. Your game doesn't start until 20 and we were 18 or so. So we made 20. We saw your real game: Endless recycled grind. Then endless hours spinning in circles to get the materials to upgrade them. Thats customization? What happened to every Guardian will be unique? Ummmmmm have you looked around the tower at any given time, i see my doppelgänger repeatedly every time i log on. Its laughable. I have a problem with you stating you'll fix the reasons we stood in front of a cave in the first place while really changing nothing much. And with you replacing strategy and tactics in the Raid with a RNG because, hell, we need more of those right? First you have to understand their marketing; these adds are for 'Destiny,' over a period of time (what it is and will become). Sure some items you saw in trailers aren't in the first batch or release but will soon be with HoW, as well as other future releases. "They" clearly said, "this is a ten year project." Second, you were not on the development team and have no earthy idea what WAS supposed to be in the game. Since the release of media in youtube and game sites for every game out there, there are changes to what WAS but now IS in a game.
