Bungie, how do I got about getting a refund for this game? This game is no longer what it was when I purchased it. You've broken too much stuff and now I can't even play for more than 5 minutes without getting disconnected on top of all of the design choices you are making that really piss me off. The game is unusable right now for me. Previous to your patch yesterday I have only gotten disconnected maybe once since launch day. I refuse to look at anything on my network. It is flawless. I can play any other game just fine and all tests are good. I changed nothing. You made the change and broke the game. As an IT admin I am insulted that you are using the information here for troubleshooting rather than collecting logs on the back end. I have no faith in you any longer to competently handle a game like this. What is the process to get a refund and my account deactivated?
