See but the characters are not in destiny so in no way can you calculate who is better in what when there is no "who" so my guess would be Kabr would be able to complete the hard raid etc.

No its talking about the possibilities of an off topic subject in the game. Which would belong in the off topic or anime section, if this forum had one.

#OffTopic is a place to talk about anything [i]but[/i] the game. Similar to how #Gaming is for talking about any game that isn't Destiny. If a topic has anything to do with Destiny it probably belongs in #Destiny, save for #Clan and #Feedback topics.
