Because a fool would be like Oh yea you gotta go back in time to kill them then that's it. No That's to simple. The ones in the future are working to make something in your past a reality. They just looped your existence right then and there. Who is the original vex. If we meet the oldest ones in our future and the youngest in our past. And are fighting traveler knows what now. They can wipe us out literally any TIME the ones we kill are glitches or test subjects to create a learning curve through experiments.

And I kind of do believe they can wipe us out at any time. Atheon and Gatekeepers can send us straight to the void. Living things can't survive in the void.

I was digging the theory until the last part. That last part makes me think you're trolling lol. Everything else is good though, trolling or not. Because they control time, it would work that way. Not confirmed but I only assume because we only know so much.

You say they are glitches or experiments almost making me think you are joking. I don't believe they are either. Just the army they put forth in our time. And if we kill them all, they will simply send more or the same ones back.

I think they really can. Read my post somewhere in this flurry of comments about Atheon and Gatekeepers. No reason why they couldn't. Emphasizing on your experiment thing, I think the current timeline we are on, the vex are experimenting a mere outcome in our time. A reason WHY we aren't all dead yet but then again the good guys in games like these always live because the devs want them too and have no story at all why they should but taking Destiny into consideration, this game has no story to begin with so it makes it even harder on the speculations.

No, I'm not and it's proven. The Vex cannot be defeated and never will. They are masters of time. Why do you think they are the main enemy in the end and not the damn darkness? Vex are the problem. They have been before the new-gen guardians (us), they are a problem to us now, and they'll be a problem in the future because they cannot die.
