I think Iron banner is only Chest and arms. If so you need raid boots and an exotic helmet to reach 30. The best raid pieces are the gloves and helmet and the helmet only drops on hard. You'll be light level 30 but have none of the benefits that come with actually getting it through raiding. What this will do however is give you a leg up when the next raid [i]Crota's End[/i] drops if it has an entry lvl of 30.
