Are any vanguard weapons good?
If so which one should I get??
EDIT 1:
I've brought it down to three choices
-the devil you know
-A.9YXL23 (I know this is not correct)
-shadow price
-and either of the pulse rifles. Any good?

Okay so I've decided as I already use Suros on one character I don't want to use shadow price on the other. So apart from that and dr. Nope what do you recommend?

3 RepliesRecently bought Epitaph. I love it because the two bonuses synergize well: the last round in the mag both deals bonus damage and makes you reload faster. With 4 powerful rounds in a clip instead of 6 weaker rounds, you get to that bonus faster and it all stacks up to a hefty damage output. With an ammo boost from my armor, I love the thing. Also looks BA.

Epitaph. I have a void damage one and it's beast. But I don't think the vanguard one is void damage. Look at the perks of it fits your desires buy it

get a scout rifle...preferably one with Firefly ability. If it isn't on sale this time I think they change their stock like every 2-3 days.

1 ReplyI'd say TDYK or A1F1x. It all depends on your playstyle: TDYK is more close-mid range, has higher damage and a lower clip. A1F1 has much longer range, but less impact, reloads faster and is slightly less boned if you don't precision shot. It really comes down to if you prefer Hand Cannons or Scout Rifles more. Both are top-tier for their respective weapon type.

I know Shadow Price is still good, even after the weapon balance that happened. Of the two Scout Rifles, the A.1F19X-Ryl is the better of stats against the Proxima Centauri II.

6 RepliesI have both my Level 28-29 Vanguard rep to 5-6 and collect my 100 marks a week, so I got petty much all weapon exept Dr Nope and I don't give a fu.. But ya I have the swarm in 3 different elemental damage, unfriendly giant with 3 different elemental damage and skill tree, Shadow price but I will get rid of it, I have a Vanquisher VIII that has 42 bullets with the radar perks, I HAD the devil you know but scraper it for Lord hight fixer... I would say the only bad one really is Dr Nope it's more of a joke than anything else, crazy recoil, no damage and eats bullet like a fat person eats Mcdonald... it's a non sense

Pulse rifles in general are.. subpar, to say the least, from my experience. If hand cannons or scout rifles are your thing, The Devil You Know or any Firefly-perf scout rifle you can get your hands on are pretty good. Shadow Price is decent, although I find the clip a little wanting at times, but it's a good weapon if you like autorifles that aren't bullet hoses like Doctor Nope. Speaking of Doctor Nope, it's also pretty fun overall but I still prefer my scout rifle for larger prey.

The Epitaph is a good sniper rifle because it has almost no recoil, so you can fire very fast with it. You need to switch to the second zoom though asap - the stock one zooms in way too much. The scout rifle is great once you've got the extended mag.
