It's all based on opinion and play style. I prefer the Hunters Triple Jump because it's the fastest. The Titans Lift is too slow for me and the same for the Warlocks Glide. Blink isn't very helpful in most situations especially while falling considering it launches you in the direction you're moving. Meaning if you're going straight down, you're going to get sent straight down.

Hunter triple jump is the best hands down. Titan floats are like shooting at wounded ducks.

18 RepliesEdited by KiIler-Whale: 10/26/2014 5:35:05 PMToo many biased warlocks. I've played all 3 characters through to 28/29 The warlock is by far the worst. Anyone who's played all 3 thoroughly would surely agree. Glide is good for height. But for speed, agility and accuracy, it's clearly the worst. The titan lift is the best, followed by triple jump on the hunter.

Blink is the best combat jumping ability in my opinion. It is a little disorienting at first however after you get used to it the evasiveness it brings is hard to give up. It does however lack in distance so when I come to a point where I need height and distance I always go back to triple jump or glide.
-
Fully upgraded Sunsinger Glide is the best. I can control my flight very easily and I go a good distance and height. My Titan friend needs to use his shoulder charge to go as far as I do.
-
From my own exp I'd have to say titan lift, my warlock is only lvl10ish and I'm not feeling the glide jump yet. Played with l28 hunter for a bit and it wasn't bad, probably just some getting used to it.
-
I play as a warlock and it is by far the worse of the jumps.i started a titan character a week ago.it is so mucj easier to control than a warlocks glide

2 RepliesMy hunter can dunk on a titan any day

Edited by Batcave Gaming: 10/27/2014 10:33:02 AMWow all the warlock fanboys lol don't realize their jump sucks balls i can't tell you how many times ive died from it i like the hunters because its simple but the Titan is probably the best
-
Hunter triple jump is the easiest way to clear the jumping puzzle in the raid :S
-
Two words: No Inertia My warlock's glide is by far my favorite, might not get up as high as a triple jump or titan boost.. but when I can leap from pinacle to pinacle, I don't need the extra lift to get up there.

Edited by dfegan11: 10/27/2014 10:23:06 AMTried out Titan the other day on my brothers account. Titan lift is miles better than the other two classes jumps. Made my warlock feel crappy.

Warlock glide is -blam!-ing terrible.
-
I probably should've added that you should play each character before adding, my bad. But in my opinion, the warlock jump with the speed boost is best. I personally love it for reviving + escaping. I own Light Beyond Nemesis(so I revive faster). I would glide in, revive, glide backwards and use angel of light to get a few critical hits off or throw a grenade from above and then continue retreating to cover. In PvP I use it to jump over my enemies/ jump to the side/flank them.
-
Have all 3 characters too. Titan lift 100% I hate the warlock glide the most
-
Its finally happened a thread where people call each other noobs over their jumping skills I can die happy
-
I don't like Titan lift, chose hunter cos I am one but glide is awesome just for the redonkulous range. I really appreciate the speed of double jump though, you just do it and it's done and you resume shooting things.

Edited by Nyx Moontide: 10/27/2014 4:37:56 AMI like the "focused burst" glide on warlocks, when you spec for max agility and wait a moment after jumping before hitting it again you get launched really fast forward, it's incredibly useful for covering distances between you and an opponent, or for escaping/dodging fire. If you're trying to change direction while jumping warlock is not the way to go though. You're stuck moving the same direction pretty much, so if you get launched towards an edge good luck getting back without falling to your death.

Titan for navigation Hunter for evasive maneuver
-
Blink is the single best Defensive move in this game. Period.

Edited by Sapphire: 10/27/2014 3:01:41 AMUsed them all. I think that Lift is absolutely, by very far, the best. Started out with a Hunter, then went to Titan and was like holy hell, this is so much better. Then I made a Warlock and I was just like... yeah it's not as good as lift. I do like glide better than Dub/Trip jump, but it's not even close to Lift. 1. Lift. 2. Glide 3. Double/Triple 4. Blink
-
Triple Jump for it's brilliance with directional control. But Titans/Warlocks/Bladedancer Hunter all get shields so... -blam!- those guys.
Just a little bit bitter, lol
1 ReplyGunslinging hunters probably have the best vertical jump and Warlocks have the best horizontal jump overall I think the warlock is the best jumper
-
2 RepliesThe only reason Titan isn't winning this poll is because it's the least used class. It easily has the easiest to control, most fluid, and highest reaching jump.

glide??? for real. I did warlock in the beta and hated it with a passion.
