I don't get how one of the greatest weapons used against guardians was the Sword of Crota. It's just a sword, like you said! Could this futuristic human/exo/awoken race not defeat a weapon used in medieval times when a common cold could kill thousands? Also, why bother putting guns on the ships if you fly down to the surface, jump out where you're vulnerable, and [i]then[/i] start shooting when a single rocket from your ship could have cleared the whole area?

The one thing I don't get though, is that if this sword has killed tons of guardians and drains whatever it touches of light, how do you just WALK over there and PICK IT UP?! I thought it was a threat! It's about as sensible as saying, "Sir, there is an atomic bomb headed our way," and then you put down a trampoline and the missle instantly crumbles without blowing up as it hits the trampoline. On top of that, you can do this at level 8. LEVEL 8! And we're facing (DinkleBot's voice) "The most dangerous weapon the hive have ever wielded against us." It's ridiculously dumb.

Imagine being able to use that thing in crucible with the same health as Atheon. Crota is a raid boss, I'd imagine your K/D would be pretty sweet.
