Can you upgrade the Legendary Raid Sparrow via Xur??
The item(s) description says that you can upgrade a [i]"rare"[/i] sparrow to have better speed and durability, but is it possible to upgrade the legendary raid sparrow as well? It does not have maxed out speed, hence my confusion. I'm only asking because I don't want to waste 23 Strange Coins on something I won't be able to use.. lol

Kind of ridiculous that you can't upgrade your raid sparrows..why arent they "max" speed then..? Im asking you bungie.

No you can't upgrade the raid sparrow to legendary since it's already legendary that's what the coils do upgrades rare to legendary and changes the color

What I heard was no. It makes a "rare" sparrow legendary. Never tried it myself.
