So it's safe to assume almost everyone is using suros or a auto rifle.
I refuse to be one of the players that's trying to get easy kills with an overpowered gun. Sad part is if you look of the stats of the people who defend exotic auto rifles they are the ones using them. On top of that there's a reason they make up the majority of PvP.
Don't worry your precious AR won't get nerfed because everyone would get upset and even they won't admit it would probably stop playing PvP. Now there are a few people who don't resort to using an exotic AR and I say keep fighting the good fight.
Shoutouts to xur for giving everyone a suros and now there is no need to use any other gun because when leveled up it kills almost instantly with the least skill involved to do so. Destiny was already a AR fest but now with the release is suros that's all you see now.
Go ahead tell me other weapons are more powerful or that AR's aren't OP while you choose to use a AR. Then make other lame excuses but the real fact of the matter is most players gravitate towards the strongest weapon or easiest way to win.
By the way you do know we can see everyones stats right so if your saying you don't use an AR for the most part youll be exposed frauds.
Better yet Bungie should just patch out the rest of the primary guns in the next update because according to almost everyone's stats on here the majority of you get more kills with the AR then any other primary weapon.
You guys can't argue that shit end of thread.

I only play crucible to complete exotic bounties, otherwise I stay away. Right now I'm doing Thorn, so guess what? I'm running around killing people with my Void fusion rifle. I'm sure people are thinking "look at this bitch using his gay ass fusion rifle" while they shoot me with Suros. People use an auto rifle because it is more user friendly. Believe me, if I had Aetheon's I'd be using that to do this damn bounty.

Don't know why people cry about auto rifles. It's the go to for ALMOST all FPS gaming. It's not our fault the maps are sized so that an AR is best. I don't know where/how they blame the AR for being OP, yet maps are closd to mid range. I shoot in real life, and if I was in an area of 90% of the maps I would be using an AR. If you wanna cry about the AR then bitch about Bungie designing maps that are tailored to that gun.

Look at the most kills almost all of you have gotten in crucible on your profiles with a primary weapon lmao. AUTO RIFLES. Just take the time to look at all your profiles.

Edited by GTRX UK: 10/26/2014 6:28:59 PMI have way more kills with - heavy machine gun , sniper , shotgun , hand cannon and scout rifle than with my auto - I have Suros but when I use a auto I prefer vanquisher 8 - pretty much same exact stats as Suros but with only a 22 shot mag and don't shoot slow when aiming . Still has extra damage buff just no healing ability .

1 ReplyWell, if you haven't noticed, AR have already been nerfed and Suros came out long ago. It's the 2nd time being sold. Just like icebreaker, everyone is using it when it was sold but as days went by, lesser and lesser players are using it.

Well, what are all the exotic Auto Rifles? The Carlo, Hard Light, and That terrible Suros. HL and MC are regarded as not very good rifles, especially compared to Suros, and by the entire community. So why is it that you think that they are all OP? Easy, you're asshurt.

ARs are not overpowered, but they are the easiest weapon to pick up on. The only underpowered gun atm, are pulse rifles. Tbh, I really want everyone to keep using ARs.

You morons act like suros hasn't been sold before, how long have you been playing Destiny? Myself and my friends got it from nightfalls and the raids, now it's being sold for a second time. Everyone has had access to the gun for awhile, and it can be outshot if you're good but it sounds like you get your ass kicked by a kid who is better than you and you come crying to the forums. Stfu and learn to play. I use suros, shadow price, and vanquisher. Honestly suros is second best. And every gun can be outshot if you're good.

When I check your profiles all I see is ar ar ar ar ar ar ar ar ar ar. You guys are all using the same gun because it's the easiest gun to get kills with. Bungie should just take out every other primary weapon in the game lol.

Look at the majority of you and the weapon you most use in crucible it's an auto rifle. Your of course going to justify that it's not overpowered because you use it lol. The number of people in this topic alone should tell you how much the gun is overused and people gravitate towards OP guns it's human nature.

First off I've had my suros since week 2. And yes it is my baby. But I generally think the mechanic of auto rifles just make them the best. Regardless of its the suros or not. I mean I can go shit on kids with my last word. But I just prefer an auto rifle even if it wasn't a suros. So I'm not defending the suros I'm defending auto rifles. If it wasn't the suros it'd be another ar.

A test this evening shows that my KDR more or less doubles when I ditch my fully upgrade pulse rifle for a halfway upgraded AR. No, my KDR isnt that great, but the boost is still interesting, right? The combination of mostly CQB maps and recoilless full auto rifles kills the pulse and scout rifles

Why does almost everyone use auto rifles in PvP? It's simple people gravitate towards the gun that gets then the easiest results/kills. Have you guys played this game online or are you just in denial? Almost everyone is using an exotic auto rifle as there primary weapon. Of course most of you are fine with it because most of you scrubs use it lmao.

Almost EVERYONE defending exotic auto rifles in this topic mains them in crucible. You do know we can see your profile. The majority of you use auto rifles so you guys are just proving my point for me. Just look at your profiles you claim hand cannons are the best yet you use auto rifles lmao.
