Incredibly awesome list. I especially agree with the 'have enough time to complete it' point. Even (and especially) on hard mode, people leave early (often out of frustration) and it quickly spirals out of control. I honestly believe that people quitting out is the single biggest hurdle to completing the raid. Don't be that guy, and if you have to be, let your team know before you start the raid so they can decide what to do.
