Primary and Heavy Weapon won't fire
No matter what I do, with full ammo on all weapons my primary weapon and my heavy weapon will not fire when I pull the trigger. My shotgun works fine, but my other weapons are useless. Please help :/

I have been having the exact same problem. My primary works, but my secondaries/heavies will not. The right trigger works perfectly for primary weapons, and it works perfectly on other games. It just glitches out o this game. I tried rebooting to dash, restarting the Xbox: nothing works. Solutions?

Some guns in destiny require more of a trigger pull than others. The problem may be the controller does not recognize a range of its analog control, anymore (can't tell the trigger is pulled back past a certain point). If you change to another secondary, like a fusion rifle, will it fire? Try shutting down your console, before blaming the controller.
