I live in eastern America and work day shifts 8 am till 5 pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Wednesday I work 8 am till 11 am. Friday 8 am till 1 pm. Off weekends. I'm usually on after work most days till 7 pmish. Weekends are free for all's
