Realistic and Appealing Exotic Weapon Ideas: [ 36 ] and counting!!! ~This is for you Bungie! <3

I especially liked the "Black Hole" theme of my first Rocket Launcher idea, I hope you guys enjoy them too! (Hopefully in-game someday :D) Feel free to share your ideas! I will continuously update this with more of my ideas and edit in ideas from you guys I think are both realistic and amazing (I'll credit you of course). However, I stress that all my ideas are realistic and aren't over-powered in any way if you completely analyze its pros and cons in all its practical situations. Also, realistically, exotics have 2 perks (sometimes an initial one under damage type, making 3 [Icebreaker, Invective, Bad JuJu]) and the 1st one is always a standard perk followed by a 2nd "bizarre" one. But don't let that stop you from sharing your idea of an auto rifle that fires rockets. Just understand that that will never happen, lol. I encourage you to share any idea; I encourage you even more to share a realistic idea, as it may open an eye for Bungie and boom: a new exotic! You can if you want, but its just taking up to much room to include 7 other stats lol.     I love fan theories and designs, they make everything seem livelier and more productive. So, with that in mind, here's a few on my ideas. I tried to, as you said, keep them realistic if possible... okay, maybe not the first one! [b]Humble Deliverance - Exotic Rocket Launcher (Arc Damage)[/b] [i]"All it wants to do is give you a gift... the contents are irrelevant."[/i] [u]Perks:[/u] 1. Tracking - Shells fired from this weapon track their targets. 2. A Lovely Gift - Activates a random effect on impact. (AoE Vortex, DoT, Health Restore (for user), Blinding, Slowing, Shield Disruption (prevents shield regen), Enemy Heal (rarely)) [b]Honest Lies - Exotic Hand Cannon (Kinetic Damage)[/b] [i]"Even a liar can be honest... they merely focus the mind on what they want others to believe."[/i] [u]Perks:[/u] 1. Final Round - The last round in a magazine deals additional damage. 2. The Truth, Hidden/Revealed - Scrambles enemy health meter upon frontal hit. Affected targets take additional damage from behind." [i]*The concept of this is simple: the enemy believes they are close to death and try to run... then they die. More PvP oriented.[/i] [b]The Interloper - Exotic Shotgun (Void Damage)[/b] [i]"Nothin's better than breaking up a fight between two fellas... and killin' em both. ~ Dredgen Yor." [/i] [u]Perks:[/u] 1. Crowd Control - Kills with this weapon grant bonus damage for a short time. 2. Where You Don't Belong - You deal additional damage to targets who have been damaged by another player/enemy. [i]*This one was made with Rumble in mind. Great times would be had![/i] [b]Woken Hive - Exotic Fusion Rifle (Arc Damage)[/b] [i]"In an attempt to comprehend Hive weaponry, we stripped and dissected any functional devices and specimens that were brought back by guardians. This weapon was created in an attempt to understand them."[/i] [u]Perks:[/u] 1. Hip Fire - This weapon has bonus accuracy while firing from the hip. 2. Axion Blast - This weapon fires volatile arc projectiles that explode in a small radius upon impact. [i]*Based on the attack of a Hive Wizard[/i] [b]Shifty Fellow - Exotic Scout Rifle (Kinetic Damage)[/b] [i]"Many among the Cryptarchs claim to have deciphered texts relating to a weapon that is as unpredictable as it is deadly. You believe this is that weapon, and your enemies can attest to its confusing nature."[/i] [u]Perks:[/u] 0. This weapon fires in full auto (innate ability). 1. Zen Moment - Causing damage with this weapon increases its stability. 2. Unpredictable By Design - When aimed in and fired fully auto, the fire rate fluctuates regularly, with the critical damage modifier matching it. [b]Simple Answers - Exotic Auto Rifle (Kinetic Damage)[/b] [i]"Why over-complicate everything when you can just rip things to shreds? Those fancy guns of yours won't help when this bad boy starts blastin', that's for sure."[/i] [u]Perks:[/u] 1. Persistence - This weapon grows more accurate the longer it is fired. 2. No Rest, No Relent - This weapon has no reserve ammo. All ammo is applied directly to the magazine. [i]*This is intended to be a high fire rate, low damage, bullet spewing beast. No fancy features here. [/i] [b]Starlight/Starfire - Exotic Machine Gun (Solar Damage)[/b] [i]"In his wake the only things that remained were the charred corpses of his enemies, their eyes melted, as though having all bore witness to the glorious starlight, before being consumed in its fires." [/i] [u]Perks:[/u] 1. Feeding Frenzy - Kills with this weapon increase reload speed for a short time. 2. The Stars Remain... and Consume - Enemies struck by this weapon are marked by its power. When a marked enemy is killed it will violently explode. The damage and range of this explosion increases for each marked enemy within the radius (caps at 5). [i]*This one is probably less believable, but I still think it'd be awesome to bear witness to, pun intended. [/i] [b]Essence of Sovereignty - Exotic Fusion Rifle (Void Damage)[/b] [i]"You exist because we allow it..." [/i] [u]Perks:[/u] 1. Hip Fire - This weapon gains bonus accuracy while firing from the hip. 2. You Will End Because We Demand It - This weapon's charge fires as a single, sustained beam of energy. Dramatically increases range and stability. [i]*Three guesses what this is a reference of... I'll give you a hint: it's really obvious![/i] [b]The Marksman - Exotic Pulse Rifle (Kinetic Damage)[/b] [i]"Oi! Stop firing like a lunatic with a hole in his chest! If you'd aim for the head we'd be done already!"[/i] [u]Perks:[/u] 1. Secret Round - Missing a shot from this weapon's burst will fire a fourth shot. 2. Marksman's Reward - Precision damage modifier increases for subsequent headshots within the same burst. Fire rate increases for each burst that lands 3 precise hits (stacks up to 3). Stacks reset upon failure to land a successful burst, or after a set duration. [b]The Conductor - Exotic Sniper Rifle (Arc Damage)[/b] [i]"An unstable arc matrix running through this weapon's systems cause certain actions to trigger a violent discharge of energy through the weapon's rounds. Nobody in production complained."[/i] [u]Perks:[/u] 1. Outlaw - Precision kills with this weapon dramatically increase reload speed. 2. Volatile Violence - Precision kills with this weapon produce arc bolts, which fire off the victim into nearby targets (max 3). [i]*Kinda like Arcbolt Grenade, except instead of chaining, it all occurs off the initial victim. [/i] [b]Roar of the Ahamkara - Exotic Shotgun (Solar Damage)[/b] [i]"Lend me your voice, oh bearer mine. Let me help you burn all there is..."[/i] [u]Perks:[/u] 1. Return to Sender - Kills with this weapon grant bonus ammo, directly to the magazine 2. Dragon's Roar - This weapon fires solar bolts that travel slower than standard rounds, but ignite enemies they hit. Widens bullet spread. [i]*This is somewhat akin to the Fallen shrapnel launcher thing... and is incidentally near-identical to the "Lord of Wolves" shotgun in the HoW DLC.[/i] Feedback is highly appreciated and recommended. I like to feel smart :3
