in MMO aspect go play WoW , rift , SWTOR, Wildstar etc. you will get a lot of repetitive content thats MMO , on shooter aspect i love different kind of guns but like borderlands NO thank you even i love borderlands but sry something like that belongs only and ONLY in borderlands .
and yes maybe they should do give more content but thats like all MMO based games they have a starting point and they need to see how well it goes before giving more content 2 the ppl so have patient and wait until its comming . (and i have seen a lot of potential spots for upcomming expantion)

Your right and I'm being patient. I will admit this is my first time playing an MMO. And I do admit I really really like destiny and I understand making comparisons to other games should not be done. I'm no game I'm a casual player. But I'm done with the standard story it should be a tad longer. I'm now playing crucible and vanguard bounties, and those are starting to become stale. I know I know DLC but I feel it's a bit too short for me to shell out another $30 for who knows could be a disappointment. I feel it should have been included with the initial release.

Trust me when i say this every WoW dlc you have toslap 30 bucks if it is in dollar or euro its the same amount so here you can get 2 dlc for 30 bucks for sure and only what you need 2 do is wait

I'm totally going to wait but I'm hoping the patience pays off. With new games coming out I want a reason to still keep destiny around. Fifa 15 and the new borderlands have my attention. But hearing the 10 year gameplan I thought of destiny as a good long investment. Let's see destiny team can you keep me and a various amount of other players still hooked? Will you hear out or pleas, or thoughts and opinions? Or will you just disappoint us? Only time will tell.
