Also, happens before or about 5-10 minutes in weekly heroic story missions (haven't been able to fully complete one b/c of this error). I'll also get it randomly (although a bit more consistently lately) during patrol missions. Will probably break from this game for a bit - a bit hard to enjoy it b/c I can't finish bounties or simple missions due to so many disconnects.
