Has Anyone Received A Legendary From A Rare Engram?

I received the dead orbit rocket launcher at level 18 from a rare engram. I was cryptarch rank 6 and this was before the patch. Only luck I've had in this game so far.

I've gotten 2 Steel Oracle Z-11, Vanquisher, Grim Citizen, numerous armor pieces which I turn into shards.

At least 15 armor pieces and 10 weapons but i usually dismantle them

I only get legendary armor, which is how I got a full legendary set for hunter when it was only level 4, or I get useless pulse and scout rifles.
