Not mine but my friend keeps getting Zebra when trying to join fire teams that are in a zone(Moon, tower, venus, pretty much everywhere EXCEPT orbit)

After turning his 360 off and unplugging the power brick and disconnecting the brick from the Xbox, then waiting a few minutes(2+minutes) and letting the bricks charge dissipate along with draining in the xbox by holding the power button(on the slim model of 360). Clearing the cache did NOT work but DID allow connection while in orbit.
