No Ascendant Materials Dropping
This is Immortal_Fireman. Public events give everyone items like ascendant shards and energy when they complete a public event, but gives me nothing. I know it's suppose to be random, but I don't get ANYTHING. And it's been like that the past 15 times I've tried public events on the moon. Something is not right. I even tried switching characters. Still no luck. How do I start back getting items from events? I know nothing is promised, but ALL 15 times everyone gets something but me?....I even have a video of it.

4 RepliesThe drops from public events are random. It is unlikely that you would not receive anything but not impossible.

4 RepliesSometimes it happens to me!! Make sure to check with the post master. Most of the times when I don't get anything, I fly back to the tower and he has them waiting for me there!

I have been experiencing the same thing. I need like 40 of these things to level up, and I am stuck at my current level. I have played for hours for the past several days and no ascendant shards have dropped. They need to patch this and make these easier to get.

You gotta think positive mang, if you think you won't get anything then you won't.

You will get a garunteed reward on your first gold tier of the day. The reward if always with the post master. If you gol tier any other events that day, there is only a 2% chance of getting a reward from it.

Other than the postmaster I havent had anything from a public event in over a week

Public events don't guarantee a reward, only the first. I've thought the same thing, as in a reward for each event but like every other aspect of the game it's totally random, or more likely you get nothing. You may find a House Banner glimmer pickup after an event for instance. In the last 10 or so events, not including the first daily I've got 1 energy as reward I've noticed you do get marks though.
