I finally managed to get my last piece of gear for level 30 (helm gloves chest and boots.) Just gotta keep going. My clan has people who haven't gotten a single piece and others who are 30. Just the way it is. Its the same way in any other mmorpg. Just because its not dropping for you in particular doesn't mean they should change anything. Make another character that's the same class. What we've been doing and it works great for gearing your guardian.

I agree partially. But, I believe BUNGIE wants to create an experience where no one is alienated or left out. In this case, just the "unlucky" people are being asked to put in a disproportionately higher amount of effort to attain the same Rank as "The Majority" of others. And, that's unfair, no matter how ya look at it. I just think Bungie needs to set some limits in the background.. to give a little break to those rolling bad on the RNG every week. As it stands.. it actually could be possible, that someone could NEVER get full raid gear.
