Will point out one easy fix for you bungie that will get a lot of people off your back. ONLY RANDOMISE THE ROLES ON VOG HARD take it back to the old way on normal that way the hard raid is harder and easy raid stays the same if people can't or don't want to have random jobs they can still do vog without it.
