This doesn't appear to be a temporary error at all. After receiving it a few times today either at sign in or being booted mid mission it now appears to be impossible to sign into Destiny, period. Bungie you need to get this fixed, pretty poor. Why not back out whatever change you made that has resulted in this disaster? Stability is the most important aspect. Fancy tweaks to the environment aren't worth a lot if no-one can connect!
