Know what would be an awesome addition to Destiny?
These 20 things
1. Create custom game types. (Strikes, Crucible matches, strikes… etc.)
2. Option to invite to clan in game + in game clan support.
3. Option for off line play. (You know, when it's time to play in the zoo?)
4. Voice chat with team in PVP. (you still have the option to mute players you don’t like)
5. Voice chat someway (any way) with non fire team members in the tower. (you still have the option to mute players you don’t like)
6. Voice chat someway (any way) with non fire team members in the field. (you still have the option to mute players you don’t like)
7. A less cumbersome way to join fire teams (i.e. NOT going up to orbit then coming back down)
8. Job board in the tower so people can enlist help for active missions and bounties and/or look for group members.
9. Trade with other players.
10. Optional matchmaking for heroic strike missions and every other aspect of the game that bizarrely does not have it.
11. Matchmaking for every game type.
12. Bosses have GUARANTEED loot drops commensurate with the difficulty.
13. Have guaranteed loot rewards for top performing players in the crucible; keep the randomized blues/greens for lower performing players.
14. Option to use sliders to change my armor color scheme after purchasing a shader. Or change my character hairstyle.
15. An in game map. (we can talk to the robot guy on the tower, should be able to access a map when we are planet side as well)
16. An in game codex that explains lore, tech, enemies, guardians etc. Shouldn’t have to go to a website to find out about the game. Give me a list of my grimorie cards IN-GAME NOT ON YOUR WEBSITE OR APP.
17. Option to continue a mission from where the previous mission ended and NOT go up to orbit only to come back down and retread the same ground.
18. Monthly FREE episodic content that reveals more of the story.
19. Master audio controls, sfx, music, etc.
20. Social hubs on planets. Something akin to a Guardian outpost where we can trade, resupply, have a dance party, etc.

I agree 100% with you on this. All of these ideas can really take the game a step farther. And these are just MINOR things that need to be done.

I totally agree with trading, what they could do is have the option in the menu that you pull up from using the interact button allowing you to see options like inspect or invite to fire team. When this is selected they could have it saying someone would like to trade over on the left where it says stuff like go to orbit or they could have it appear in a diamond on the player saying they want to trade.

1. you said strikes twice, but I agree. 2. not in a Clan, but agree. 3.would be nice if the zoo goes wild. 4.a good idea, but bear in mind that if they put this in, crucible may become COD. 5.might be fun. 6.needed, as communication is important. 7. not sure how they would do that, but agree. 8. good idea 9. not sure, it would have to be regulated, or it might ruin the game for some. 10. agreed. 11. agreed. 12. I love everything except 9, 12, and 14. 9 is especially worrying because it presents the threat of players paying other players real money for good gear. Destiny has had so many opportunities to do this, but they haven't. Ot's good in theory, but dangerous for the community. Also, the other two seem to defeat the purpose of the missions/shaders in the first place.

LML........never thought of it that way.

It's a possibility, not a fact. If the game were to start having tournaments like in WoW or LoL, it would become more than likely.

I'd like to say there is 4 quick additions that they could add that would keep me busy for the time being while they add some of this list, 1, a random weekly chest different location each time you load patrol on each planet with higher reward chances shards etc once a week per character. 2, a book or bank tab in your (near character roster etc) back menu that contains 1 all available to unlock via collecting silhouetted ships sparrows shaders emblems and class marks and 2 all currently earned ships sparrows shaders emblems and class marks. This will free up bank space and also allow us to see how many we have to go out there and collect. 3, level 30 hard mode strikes that we can repeat as many times as we want to get a guarranteed random engram. 4,public event timers when your on patrol on a map and a character map when your on patrol so people can go HEY there's a patrol in skywatch in 3 minutes let's go help.

Most of these are excellent ideas. I would add in a larger update perhaps being able to pilot your ship in missions, which can carry over in crucible for dog fights. Trading would be OP and too easy , it would break the game

12 and 13, no are you stupid? The point of RNG is to make it fair for everyone. I don't care when I beat the raid and get nothing or when I hit first place I get nothing, because I know I will eventually get it. And I have. Just be patient and stop looking for an easy way out. No MMORPG (that I know of) offers a guaranteed item for you in raids or dungeons. Also 18, I forgot you know how easy it is to add content.
