A bit to add to your fragment regarding grimoire card Ghost Fragment: Legends 2 That card offers 9 different descriptions of the Nine. I believe it is a description of the 9 individual members of the Nine, but it refers to them in the collective & plural tenses in each individual description to emphasize their unity. I think it's a definite that one of the Nine is a Warmind, the question is... if it's Rasputin or not. If grimoire card Ghost Fragment: Mysteries is indeed quoting Rasputin, then he indicates that he alone survived and alludes that there is no other of his kind [warminds] anymore. The next question is, if Rasputin is working for its own survival, and we are on the same side... why would Rasputin repeatedly lock our Guardians' Ghosts out? Wouldn't we be natural allies against the Darkness and hence, mutual survival? It sounded to me as if Rasputin did everything he could to warn us that something [The Darkness] was coming and attempted to defend us against it. It seems like it is still out there waging a cyber war of sorts against the "forces of the Darkness" so to speak... it seems evident that Rasputin is on Earth's side, or if that's assuming too much... at least battling against the Darkness. If that's correct.. why hasn't he reached out to us or spoken to us when we have attempted to communicate? Are we perhaps not on the side we think we are? If he is indeed one of the Nine, it is evident the Nine do not have sanction in the Tower and their Agent essentially has to smuggle himself in (Xur). Their representation is not wanted. Why would that be, why are they vilified... are those in charge at the Tower/the Speaker corrupt? Gah, questions

 • My mind keeps going back to how the Queen and her brother talk to us when we discuss the Black Garden. Obviously, they know more than we do about what is going on (though they won't simply tell us). It's then further interesting that the Queen seems to have communication lines with the nine. Couple this with the theory that the nine are not welcome in the Tower and you start building a convincing argument for a red pill/blue pill situation matrix style. Ignorance is bliss (keep killing the bad guys, don't ask questions). Thought provoking indeed...

 • Not only do they not tell us, they have a contempt for us. Though, the Queen seems curious. They are like the ... "awoken"... forgive the pun... people with eyes that are open to what is going on. They see the conspiracies and all of that... maybe it's telling that they are Awoken. Is that a hint? I think it's clear we are mistrusted, the question is why. Taking a step back, the brother is like... this scum should just die already. The queen is like... maybe this one isn't like the rest? And that makes me wonder, why there would be a negative connotation linked to us at all. I think we are inadvertently involved in some shady shizz we are not aware of. The Queen is like those "live off the land" don't trust the government, doomsday bunker types... except I think she has a valid reason for it. I think you're right on with your Matrix blue pill/red pill analogy, and I think the Queen may sense we have potential.
