There is some very light random weather in the game that I suppose qualifies.
VoG has a glass storm
Venus has rain
Earth has snow
Mars has a little bit of dust that flies around sometimes (sand... storm?)

I want Thunderstorms so severe that I'm glad I'm under my armor, Dust Storms so strong, I can't see 30 feet in front of me, and Blizzards so intense, it blows my character in a different direction. Ya feel? I absolutely love immersive weather.

Considering how Bungie has approached some situations they would consider the weather moving you to be a bug and patch it.

Oh please, they would make it so that it moves you in random directions (like its blowing in your face and you just hurdle head-first into the wind instead of backwards. Or get knocked sideways by a blizzard hitting you in the back)

I know what you mean. Maybe I've been spoiled by Skyrim's weather mods, but when I hear "random weather system" I picture my guardian trying to fight through pouring rain or blinding sandstorms. The most visually spectacular of the weather is the glass storm, and I've only ever seen it show up once. It also had no impact on my character (you have to look way up)

We need to make a petition for this.

I uh... don't think the petitions really do anything. I also don't really see them changing the weather system any time soon, let alone adding heavy weather to the planets. [spoiler]sadness[/spoiler]

Make a post with those suggestions. Let's see if we can grab bungies attention with a very easy addition.
