Vulture error, confirmed on Bungie's side.

Ok Bungie, I have gone to the extreme to try and resolve this error. After giving my Xbox a static IP address, opening it to DMZ, doing a complete reinstall of the game, wiping my Xbox to factor settings, resetting my route, and finally I went and did a warranty exchange on my Xbox one to see if it was the Xbox. I still receive the error code: VULTURE. ERROR CODE: VULTURE If you are not currently signed into your PlayStation Network or Xbox Live account, please do so now. If you are currently signed in, please check your PlayStation Plus/Xbox Live Gold subscription status. A PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live Gold account is required to play Destiny. You can acquire a PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live Gold membership from the PlayStation Store and Xbox Marketplace, respectively, or from participating retailers. What the neck is going on with your servers, I've done EVERYTHING I can on my end and posted here looking for answers twice and had no legit response. Please give me something here... I am trying to enjoy your game, but your server seem to want that to be impossible. My Xbox currently says I have 33 up mbps and 30 down mbps with 0% packet loss and an ms of 92. Every other game I play runs seamlessly. Give me a real answer on why this is happening. Edit: I also spent two and a half hours on the phone with Microsoft yesterday seeing if there was anything wrong on my side. Edit: Xbox one GT: STREETSMARTZ352
