Ok Bungie, I have gone to the extreme to try and resolve this error. After giving my Xbox a static IP address, opening it to DMZ, doing a complete reinstall of the game, wiping my Xbox to factor settings, resetting my route, and finally I went and did a warranty exchange on my Xbox one to see if it was the Xbox.
I still receive the error code: VULTURE.

What the neck is going on with your servers, I've done EVERYTHING I can on my end and posted here looking for answers twice and had no legit response. Please give me something here... I am trying to enjoy your game, but your server seem to want that to be impossible.
My Xbox currently says I have 33 up mbps and 30 down mbps with 0% packet loss and an ms of 92. Every other game I play runs seamlessly. Give me a real answer on why this is happening.
Edit: I also spent two and a half hours on the phone with Microsoft yesterday seeing if there was anything wrong on my side.
Edit: Xbox one GT: STREETSMARTZ352

The fact I haven't received some type of a response for almost three hours on a Monday morning is very unprofessional.

I play with a guy who has this issue all the time. It randomly dcs him in the middle of games/matches and when we go to re invite him it kicks us all to orbit and makes him party leader. Really annoying when we are doing raid/nightfall
