80% of female Characters in Destiny are boys, Why?
Its just a question, i don't get why 80% of female Characters u see online are Boys...
Is it just couse they wanted to, for no reason or is there a reason to choose a female Character? I don't say those peaple are creepy or perverse. Im just wondering, couse i would never choose a female.

Form what I’ve seen and heard, it’s because people like a slimmer physique in their characters. The reason some players choose female isn’t because it’d female, it’s because the game’s female player model is slimmer, and this is especially true for titans players because some players don’t want to wear extremely bulky armor and the armor is smaller on females. If destiny had the option to have skinny or muscular body types regardless of gender then male players wanting slim bodies would probably choose a skinny male.

Well in PvP they have slightly smaller character models so my Titan (the bulkiest class) is a female. Other than that, i see why people would prefer it, i mean if you could would you rather stare at a mans body for hours on end or a females. (Not my reason but I get it)

I started with 3 males but have since recreated 2 females. My 3 reasons are that female characters are slightly smaller targets in pvp, and that in games like this I like to have all variations possible, but unfortunately we don't have 6 character slots. Also when I'm running around the tower I much rather see that female booty wiggle than a male's backside.

I occasionally play female because sometimes I see myself as male and sometimes as female.. Gender-fluidity.. Fun and frustrating stuff.

Sometimes it's because the male player perceives their character as an individual character and not as an avatar representing themself. Sometimes it's because the male player is homophobic and doesn't like hearing the male character pant in their ears as they run (yes I've encountered a guy who said this). Sometimes it's because the male player has a weird online habit of always making everything about them appear to be female rather than male -- gamertags, avatars, characters, everything (yes I've encountered this guy too). And sometimes the male player might just feel that the aesthetics of the female models just look better than the male ones do. For instance, the female Hunter in Destiny just looks cooler in every way making it hard to choose a stocky, bulky guy over a cool, slender girl ;)

Diversity for me personally I suppose. I've never really played a game where you could customize a Male or Female character except something like Mass Effect. I think it's cool to be able to choose instead of 75% of the time playing as another male protagonist with some tragic backstory who lost everything. Now you can play as a female for that too!

I have both sexes. Warlocks to me are males hunters seemed like the lone bad ass chick and I had a male Titan and the armor didn't look too good so I re made a female Titan

All my chars. Are awoken chicks whom I spent lots of time & effort on. Why? ..... I very much prefer looking @ my bichizz getting down & dirty. That's just my opinion. Female chars in destiny look more maneuverable.. As well as sexy lol.

EDIT: the currency in this game is called "glimmer" and every model, male or female, can wear make up. honestly this is probably the most metrosexual game I've ever seen.
