Never played crisis 3 brother but I'll take your word for it.

It's exactly what you want instead of changing the element it changes the tip of the bow so you can have stun, explosive, armour piercing etc: that bow is a beast.

If you get bored of destiny I'd recommend getting it, it's got an amazing story with some good gameplay player vs player is very meh though

But do we use it in actual wars? Now I get were your coming from I mean this is an era of space magic, and would be do able, I just wouldn't personally like, and would be a little upset, if resources were poured into it

No but we don't use hunters in actual wars either. But if you are a cloaked hunter would you rather have a silent bow or a really loud gun...

A hunter is more of term for a soldier in this ergo a bounty hunter your hunting dregs and spider tanks and I think a bow wouldn't work there
