This is right on the money. I'm fine with nerfing my favorite guns and doing whatever to the PVP but the raid should be left for the most part alone. If you really want to fix stuff with the raid, fix the teleports that don't work half the time. Nothing sucks more than running through a teleport gate and going nowhere while everyone else got through just fine. Don't destroy the team aspect of the raid. If you do, you should atleast add matchmaking to it since now every person should know every part of the raid.
