Hard Raid
You only get one life, warlocks should only get one also.
Warlocks Self-Res unfair?
Warlocks pose an enormous advantage over every other class in PVE. They are not effected as harshly as its counter part classes, when it comes to higher difficulty challenges. With all of the talk of game breaking bugs, abilities, or fire power. I feel addressing Warlock's Self-Res, is a topic worth discussing.
Hard Raid
The Hard Raid has one simple rule, everyone has one life in spawn-restricted zones. Except that Sunsinger Warlock whistles a tune, Self-Revives, and Teabags his fellow Guardian's dead Ghosts soon after dying.
The Warlock has no disadvantage in fire power in comparison to the other classes.
Do players really get punished for picking the wrong class when they first start up the game?
The Warlock class became the number 1 hit, the moment players started doing Night Fall and Hard Raid.
I see a post to play Hard Raid, I reply with I am a 29 Titan. Yet I get kicked to the curb the moment a Warlock posts.
Titans and Hunters are faced with the cruel reality in the Hard Raid, you only have one life. If you make one single mistake, if you miss one jump, if you shoot that risky rocket. You will die, your team will be very angry at you, and you must start all over.
Warlock's have that safe back up life for when that little mistake comes around the corner. He gets back up, and is back in business.
What do you think?
Warlock's Self-Res is an unfair advantage, and simply disrespect to all Guardians who chose a different class. I personally believe Warlock's are long overdue for a Self-Res Nerf. The revive effects Night Fall, Hard Raid, and future difficult content to come.
What do you think? Is it fair Warlock's can Self-Revive?
Vote on the poll, and voice your opinion.
Edit 1:
The Self-Res is very useful for the raid, that isn't under question. The question, Is it fair to the other classes?
Edit 2:
Warlocks revive ability should be disabled for Hard Raid.
Since everyone is supposed to only have 1 life.
Edit 3:
Based on Poll results, the Warlock Self-Res should be nerfed. Since Bungie does a great job at doing the opposite the community wants.

Honestly thought this post would've been about PvP... A raid is all about teamwork. If you're all working together, what's the problem? If you are that upset about them being able to self-res in hard mode then, here's an idea... Don't die.
-
We have self res. Titans have a bubble. Hunters have invisibility
....PRAISE ME....
-
Wtf are u talking about
based on the poll, self rez should be nerfed
ya dumbf*** no one agrees with u lol
-
Shh op your stupid is infectious.
-
This is one of the stupidest posts I've ever seen.
-
Has no one looked at the date this was made...?
-
Each class has its advantages. Hunter going invisible during the first part of the crota raid...we couldn't beat skolas this week without my buddies titan bubble. Each class has advantages. Getting rid of warlock self res, might as well get rid of supers all together.
-
Your results are skewed because the poll answers don't match the poll's questions. Warlock self-rev is fine. The class is designed around the ability to self-revive, so the ability is going nowhere.

3 RepliesEdited by Moot: 1/16/2016 6:12:20 PMINITIATE GRAMMAR SCHOOL: The heading of this post is titled: ''Patch Warlock's Self-Resurrection'' The key here is the positioning of the apostraphe. Specifically, it's between the letters 'k' and 's' in the word 'warlock'. This means that the original poster is referring to a single warlock who needs their fireborn perk patched, according to the OP of course. Let's see. Any volunteers from the warlock community who wants their reviving ability to be crushed into the ground? Oh here's one! The OP.

what's so hard about sniping a warlock Rez? round is done when the clock hits zero. just make sure to revive teammates and or snipe for a head shot. simple

GET GUD SCRERRRUUUB

This post is very, very stupid. A warlock can use self revive when they die. A titan will not die, because they can just use a bubble shield, and stop damage from coming. A hunter can activate arc-blades, killing everything. The other classes supers are used so they DONT DIE. Warlocks are on an even playing field as the other classes.

14 RepliesStopped reading after "I'm a lvl 29 Titan and get kicked from attempting hard raids" reach the lvl required first then see if you still get kicked

7 RepliesEdited by JBO: 6/12/2015 6:43:37 PMIVE GOT GREAT NEWS FOR YOU!! Bungie added in a brand spanking new feature on September 9th, 2014. They patched in something that solves all your problems. The ability to make up to THREE, that's right you heard it here first THREE, characters. You can even make one of each class. No longer will you be stuck with having picked "the wrong" class. I'm sure you're as excited as I am. I'll let you celebrate.

Ban Fist of havoc because it kills a lot of adds at once. Ban nova bomb because its a ranged super that can break titan bubbles. Gold gun should be banned because it's shots are really fast.

Each class has their strengths and weaknesses. The Titan Bubble with Helm of St 14 could be considered OP in PvE The Hunter invisibility OP in PvE. Each class has it's uniqueness and play style. It sounds to me more like sour grapes on your part. You could always build a Warlock if you wanted to and you feel you are being held back by it. I have one of each class. Until you actually have experience with a class, you should not be asking for things to be removed.
