[/quote]The base damage will make the Mythocast slightly stronger at PvP and PvE. The Attack value buff will make the Mythocast stronger in PvE. If you disagree with the results after the next change feel free to let Bungie know, but they are balancing the weapon in a way so that it performs different in PvE and PvP.
